Balsamic vinegar of Modena IGP is a typical sweet-and-sour condiment, specifica of Emilia Romagna Region and holding the Protected Geographic Indication European LOGO (IGP/PGI). Balsamic Vinegar of Modena is obtained from the fermentation, acidifying and aging of Grape juice (Must). The aging should take place in wood barrels for at leat 60 days to obtain the IGP/PGI certification and acidity should be minimum 6%. It is possible to add Caramel as a colouring agent but all the REALE products are Colouring-free. In fact, we use natural aging in wood barrels and do not use any additive or preservative. We offer also aged and creamy Balsamic vinegars because when Balsamic is aged it becomes creamy and thick. Therefore, a young balsamic is used to dress salads while an older balsamic can be used on fruit and desserts as well.

This is a seductively generous oil with the characteristic fragrant bitterness of Arbequina olive oils.
Tasters also describe notes evocative of orchards, rural springtime and wild plant essences.

This product is packaged in tins of 1 and 0.5 Lt quantity and non-transparent bottles of 0.5 Lt quantity. The organic extra virgin olive oil is a mixture produced from Koroneiki, Kalamon and Cyprus variety olives harvested at optimum maturity index. The product is certified by Lacon.

This product is packaged in non-transparent bottles of 250 ml quantity. The organic extra virgin olive oil is produced from Kalamon olives harvested early (green colour). The product is rich in phenolic content and fits the EU health claim for enhanced health protective properties (Commission Regulation (EU) 432/2012) and is associated to the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) recognizing olive oil polyphenols, including compounds of oleocanthal and oleagenin, as anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. The regulations can be applied only to olive oil containing at least 250 mg of polyphenols per 1kg of olive oil. The product is certified by Lacon.

Altri Tempi is a PGI extra virgin olive oil from organic farming. It is made of two varieties of olives: 50% raggia + 50% Frantoio. It has a fresh olive fruity with a hint of fresh herb. Delicate taste. It is recommended on fish, fish salads, salads, white meat and soups.

Raggia di San Vito is a monocultivar extra virgin olive oil from organic farming. It is made of 100% olive type raggia.
It has a fresh olive fruity with a hint of almond. Delicate taste. This special olive oil is included among best 250 oils all over the world. The raggia olives are typical of the province of Ancona, Marche.
