Azienda Agricola La Quercia Scarlatta
La Quercia Scarlatta is a family-run farm specialized in organic products such as wines, EVO oil and cosmetics. The Italian company is located in the hills of Marche region at ten Kilometres from the sea, in an area that seems suited to organic production thanks to the particular characteristics of soil and climate. The company has developed its activity on the concept “from farm to market” making high-quality products directly managing the entire production and transformation chain that goes from the land to the final client. The vineyards are organically managed and produce white, red and straw wines, enhancing a rare and very ancient grape variety (Maceratino Ribona) of this area. Organic Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP
Balsamic vinegar of Modena IGP is a typical sweet-and-sour condiment, specifica of Emilia Romagna Region and holding the Protected Geographic Indication European LOGO (IGP/PGI). Balsamic Vinegar of Modena is obtained from the fermentation, acidifying and aging of Grape juice (Must). The aging should take place in wood barrels for at leat 60 days to obtain the IGP/PGI certification and acidity should be minimum 6%. It is possible to add Caramel as a colouring agent but all the REALE products are Colouring-free. In fact, we use natural aging in wood barrels and do not use any additive or preservative. We offer also aged and creamy Balsamic vinegars because when Balsamic is aged it becomes creamy and thick. Therefore, a young balsamic is used to dress salads while an older balsamic can be used on fruit and desserts as well.

Acetaia Oddolini is a family run business specialising in the production of Balsamic Vinegar, organic condiments and flavoured balsamic jams. The company certified organic, is based in Cavezzo, in the province of Modena. The farm was born after the terrible earthquake of 2012 in Emilia.
The Oddolini family ambition is to sustain the high-quality products, of which the Modena region is renowned for.
Vinegar Oddolini guarantees the quality of its products and adds to them a touch of authenticity.
The Oddolini family own the vineyards and the organically certified grapes. They personally and patiently take care of all the production stages. The result is their great Balsamic Essence of Modena and other condiments.

Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Our monoculture organic extra virgin olive oil, made from our own quality Ottobratica olives, is produced using cold extraction. Its low acidity and excellent balance between spiciness, bitterness and fruitiness make it a pleasant oil for all palates.
Most of the crops are from the Quaranta area in the province of Reggio Calabria, Italy, at 150m above sea level.
Flavoured oils: to give your dishes a touch of freshness or spice, we created oils flavoured with oranges, bergamots and chillies.

Lácteos Martínez- Queso Los Cameros is a medium-size family company founded in 1961 and located in the north of Spain in Haro (La Rioja). Currently we are producing 2 million kg of cheese per year and exporting successfully up to 20 countries.
As you can see in our web sites www.loscameros.es, www.quesocamerano.com we have a wide range of natural rind cheeses. We let moulds develop on the surface of the cheeses and rub them with olive oil baths.

Strakka Ltd
The company was established in Strakka Estate, which appears on Abraham Ortelius’s map of 1573, having a story of more than 60 years in olive oil production. The estate was always known for its olive oil production. Currently, Strakka owns an area of 50 hectares with 9000 olive trees, including Koroneiki, Kalamon and Cyprus olive varieties growing organically since 1998. Since then, soil is not cultivated remaining undisturbed in order to allow the enhancement of micro-organisms in the soil as well as the tree roots. The trees are carefully managed to establish maximum growth and healthy, productive olive trees. Aim of the company is the production of high-quality organic olive oil with increased polyphenol content. To achieve this, milling and bottling facilities have been developed onsite. The fruits are harvested in optimum maturity, they are harvested and milled using cold pressing prosses within a few hours in order to restrict exposure of olive oil on different degrading factors. Through the years, the company’s olive oils have been awarded for their quality and their high polyphenolic content.
